§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all passenger transport contracts between Iller Mobility GmbH and the customer. They apply exclusively; deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the contractor expressly agrees to them in writing.

§ 2 Subject matter of contract

The contractor provides passenger transport services, in particular airport transfers and individual trips, with motor vehicles. The scope and content of the service result from the respective booking confirmation. The customer is obliged to check the contents of the booking confirmation and to report any errors immediately.

§ 3 Booking and confirmation

Bookings can be made via the website, WhatsApp, email or phone. The contract is only concluded through the written booking confirmation by the contractor. Confirmation is usually given within 3 minutes of receipt of the request. A mere inquiry by email or WhatsApp does not constitute a binding booking.

§ 4 Prices and payment

The prices confirmed as fixed prices apply. Prices include statutory value added tax. The calculation is based on a base price of 9 EUR plus 1.10 EUR per kilometer. For the bus class (from 4 persons) a surcharge of 40% is calculated.

Payment methods:

• Cash: The fare is to be paid to the driver at the latest at the end of the ride. For round trips, the full amount is due after the first ride.
• Credit card: A service fee of 5 EUR is charged for card payments. You will receive the receipt on site from the driver.
• Bank transfer: Only for businesses or verified customers. The amount must be transferred to the specified account before the ride.

§ 5 Waiting time

For airport pickups, the free waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual landing time. After that, waiting time is calculated in 15-minute intervals (10 EUR per started 15 minutes). For pickups at other locations, the free waiting time is 15 minutes.

The customer must be available by phone during the pickup period (approx. 1 hour before to after the agreed time). If the customer cannot be reached and the pickup cannot be carried out, the trip is considered a no-show.

§ 6 Flight delays

For flights, the contractor monitors the flight arrival time and adjusts the pickup time accordingly. No additional costs are incurred for delayed flights within the first hour. Prerequisite is the provision of the correct flight number at the time of booking. Monitoring flight times is not a main task of the contractor — the customer should inform the contractor of any changes.

§ 7 Luggage and animals

Each person is entitled to one suitcase (up to 23 kg) and one piece of hand luggage (up to 8 kg). Additional or bulky items (e.g. surfboards, bicycles, wheelchairs) must be declared at booking, otherwise there is no right to transport them. Extra charges may apply for such items.

Animals may be transported in legally prescribed transport boxes. The transport must be indicated at the time of booking so that the appropriate vehicle can be assigned.

§ 8 Cancellation and changes

Cancellations are free up to 12 hours before the agreed pickup time. For cancellations within the 12-hour period or for no-shows, the full fare will be charged.

Changes to the booking (date, time, route) are free up to 6 hours before departure. From the third change onwards, a processing fee may be charged.

§ 9 Conduct during the ride

Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. The consumption of larger meals is prohibited. Loud music and harassment or disturbance of the driver are not allowed. In case of repeated disturbance, the contractor reserves the right to terminate the ride; the full fare remains due.

§ 10 Liability

The contractor is liable for the proper execution of the transport. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless damages to life, body or health are affected. For luggage carried along, the contractor is only liable in case of intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for delays due to traffic, traffic jams or force majeure.

§ 11 Final provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Memmingen, where permissible. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The customer agrees to the storage of their data for business purposes.
