Each passenger may bring one suitcase (up to 23 kg) and one piece of hand luggage (up to 8 kg). Please declare bulky items like surfboards, bicycles or wheelchairs at booking — we'll check if there's enough space in the vehicle.

Yes. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full fare will be charged. Changes are free up to 6 hours before departure — just contact us via WhatsApp or phone.

Animals can be transported in a legally required transport box. Please indicate when booking whether you're bringing an animal so we can assign the right vehicle.

Yes. Your driver will be waiting at the agreed meeting point. Before pickup you'll receive the driver's name, vehicle and license plate by message. Add your flight number when booking so we can track your arrival.
