Each passenger may bring one suitcase (up to 23 kg) and one piece of hand luggage (up to 8 kg). Bulky items like surfboards, bicycles or wheelchairs must be declared at booking — we'll check if there's enough space in the vehicle. Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
Yes. Cancellations are free up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full fare will be charged. Changes are free up to 6 hours before departure — just contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
Animals can be transported in a legally required transport box. Please indicate when booking whether you're bringing an animal so we can assign the right vehicle.
Smoking and consuming larger meals are not permitted in the vehicle. Please refrain from loud music and be considerate of the driver. In case of harassment or disturbance of the driver, we reserve the right to terminate the ride.
Yes. Our driver will wait with a name sign at the agreed meeting point in the terminal and greet you on arrival. You can provide your flight number during booking so we can receive you specifically.
After your request via WhatsApp or email, you'll receive a written confirmation with all details: pickup time, vehicle, driver and fixed price. Please check the confirmation and let us know if anything is incorrect.
Yes, please be available by phone from about one hour before the agreed pickup time. This way the driver can contact you if needed — for example, in case of problems, finding the meeting point or changes.
